How Did I Do Today? (HDIDT)
Well just to get an idea as to what I eat and how much exercise I get on a normal day here is what I did today;
1 Mug of coffee w/half and half and (yow!) 4 tps of sugar
TOTAL CALORIES=113
Lunch
Some Chips and salsa (not calculated)
Grilled chicken pita at Chilli's
Iced Tea w/Equal
TOTAL CALORIES= 557
Dinner
Fire-Grilled Chicken Salad from BK w Ceasar dressing and croutons
Pepsi One
TOTAL CALORIES= 391
Daily Total=approx 1061
So for a 6'2" 295lbs guy that doesn't seem to bad huh? Now the bad news.....
Exercise= Walking, sleeping etc (No aerobic activity)
According to http://www.stevenscreek.com/goodies/calories.cgi I burn approx 3121 calories just by being alive. So you would think I should be losing weight without even trying right? *sigh I've never been good at math*
